Rushcliffe Borough Council’s (RBC) Home Alarms Service provides security, reassurance and independence for you and your loved ones.

Those who use the service fed back they were completely satisfied with the authority’s Housing Support administration team when they had the need to use the facility.

It’s a lifeline that helps enable residents to live independently in their own homes whilst knowing that help is no more than a press of a button away.

Hundreds of people across Rushcliffe and neighbouring areas already use the service which has achieved a remarkable 100% customer satisfaction rating.

RBC’s Home Alarm system is future-proof and designed to evolve with the changing healthcare landscape whilst allowing straightforward operation with easy, intuitive controls, giving users greater confidence.

The Council’s Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Planning and Housing Cllr Roger Upton said: “The alarms give so much extra comfort to residents and their families, ensuring they can stay even safer in their own home and help is at hand if they need it at the press of a button.
