Appeal for information on van linked to Barton in Fabis fly-tip

Last updated: 25/4/2024 Fly-tip

Rushcliffe Borough Council are appealing for any information on a van, registration plate WG59 NNE, witnessed to have fly-tipped this awful eyesore of builders’ waste that blighted part of countryside near Barton in Fabis on April 4.

The plate is cloned and the occupants were seen fleeing the scene having tied the heavy rubble to a local sign to assist it being dumped illegally out of the back of the vehicle as they drove away.

If you have any insight that could help the Council or Nottinghamshire Police, no matter how small, email envhealth@rushcliffe.gov.uk or call 0115 981 9911 or Police on 101.

A Council spokesperson said: “We won’t stop taking action when anyone blights Rushcliffe countryside or our towns and villages.”
