Upgrades to Homesearch system on September 3

There’s essential upgrades to our Homesearch system scheduled for Wednesday September 3, during which time you will be unable to log in to your account or access the service’s webpage.

It includes essential security updates to ensure that your information is kept safe and you will be able to access the Homesearch webpage again once the upgraded system goes live on Thursday September 4.

If you are unable to access your account on this date, or if the webpage is not available, please check the Council’s main website www.rushcliffe.gov.uk for the latest updates.

After the changes existing users will be required to create a password which will form part of the login process. This is a new security feature and will be in addition to your normal login reference number and memorable date.

When you login for the first time you will be prompted to create the password and a change to the way you enter your memorable date. Please refer to a guide attached to a letter you should have received for further details.
