National guidance sets out what Neighbourhood Planning is and what it can do.

 

Colston Bassett

The Colston Bassett Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on 11 May 2021. Decisions on planning applications in the parish have to be made in accordance with both the Neighbourhood Plan and the Rushcliffe Local Plan (unless material considerations indicate otherwise).

East Leake

The East Leake Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on 19 November 2015. Decisions on planning applications in the parish have to be made in accordance with both the Neighbourhood Plan and the Rushcliffe Local Plan (unless material considerations indicate otherwise).

Gotham

The Gotham Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on 30 January 2020. Neighbourhood Planning - Rushcliffe Borough Council Decisions on planning applications in the parish have to be made in accordance with both the Neighbourhood Plan and the Rushcliffe Local Plan (unless material considerations indicate otherwise).

Hickling

The Hickling Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on 4 March 2022.  Decisions on planning applications in the parish have to be made in accordance with both the Neighbourhood Plan and the Rushcliffe Local Plan (unless material considerations indicate otherwise).

Keyworth

The Keyworth Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on 1 June 2018.  Decisions on planning applications in the parish have to be made in accordance with both the Neighbourhood Plan and the Rushcliffe Local Plan (unless material considerations indicate otherwise).

Radcliffe on Trent

The Radcliffe on Trent Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on 19 October 2017. Decisions on planning applications in the parish have to be made in accordance with the Neighbourhood Plan and the Rushcliffe Local Plan (unless material considerations indicate otherwise).

Ruddington

The Ruddington Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on 23 July 2021. Unless material considerations indicate otherwise, decisions on planning applications in the parish have to be made in accordance with:

Tollerton

The whole of Tollerton Parish has been designated as a neighbourhood area, following applications in 2016 and 2022:

The latest designation runs until 28 February 2027.

 

Consultation on the Submission version of the Tollerton Neighbourhood Plan

Tollerton Parish Council has submitted the draft Tollerton Neighbourhood Plan to Rushcliffe Borough Council in accordance with regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).

The Tollerton Neighbourhood Plan contains local objectives and planning policies which the Borough Council will use alongside the Local Plan when considering planning applications within the parish. The Borough Council is required to publicise the draft neighbourhood plan and invite representations to be made.

The consultation closed at 23:59 on Monday 9 October 2023.

Examination of the Tollerton Neighbourhood Plan 

The Tollerton Neighbourhood Plan and all representations received have been submitted for examination on Monday 6th November 2023. The independent examiner appointed is David Kaiserman.

Upper Broughton

The Upper Broughton Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on 30 January 2020. Decisions on planning applications in the parish have to be made in accordance with both the Neighbourhood Plan and the Rushcliffe Local Plan (unless material considerations indicate otherwise).
