Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information: A list of all councillors who were members of the Planning Committee, or equivalent committee responsible for planning applications, for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016.

For each councillor, please include their start and end dates of service on the committee, where recorded. Please also indicate which councillor(s) served as Chair during these years, and their corresponding dates in that role.

I am happy to receive the information in any convenient format. Existing documents or meeting minutes containing this information would also be sufficient.

Response

For the years 2010 to 2016, Rushcliffe had a Development Control Committee.  Our website will show you the information that we have on that, including agendas and minutes for each year. These list Councillor membership.
