I am requesting copies of all Environmental Statements and Environmental Impact Assessment documentation relating to the Ratcliffe-on-Soar Local Development Order, including:

1. The Environmental Statement (all volumes) produced for the original LDO adopted in July 2023 2. Any Environmental Statement, addendum, screening opinion, or EIA-related documentation produced in connection with application 25/02015/LDO (Proposed Revisions to the Ratcliffe-on-Soar LDO, including the proposal to permit data centre use on the Southern Site). 
2. Any documentation, assessment, or calculation setting out the anticipated carbon emissions, energy usage (including power demand in MW or similar), and water usage (including volumes required for cooling) specifically associated with the proposed data centre use on the Southern Site.

I could not find such documentation on the planning application portal: Please confirm within your response whether any updated Environmental Statement, EIA screening, or energy/water/carbon assessment has been carried out specifically in relation to the data centre amendment

The documents associated with revised Ratcliffe on Soar Local Development Order can be found on the on the Council’s planning application portal and then by searching for: 25/02015/LDO.  No additional Environmental Impact Assessment work has undertaken in revising the LDO.
