Please can I obtain financial figures relating to planning appeals:

1. For the five financial years up to and including 2025/26, can you provide the total amount the council has paid out in planning appeal costs when it has had to cover the appeal costs of a person/developer who won their appeal.
   Can this information be provided in table format split into the different financial years' total costs, with a total sum column also. 
2. Please can the answer to question 1 include the appeal costs awarded as well as the council's own costs during an appeal and officers' time where possible and confirm this in your response?
3. Can you provide the current total appeal costs, the same question as question 1, for the financial year 2026/27 up until August 5, 2026?
