Please could you advise whether there are any open or unresolved enforcement notices within the following categories, and if so, provide the details:

  1. Other notices relating to breach of planning control (as distinct from Enforcement notices, Stop notices, Listed building enforcement notices and Breach of condition notices) 
  2. Listed building repairs notices
  3. In the case of a listed building deliberately allowed to fall into disrepair, compulsory purchase orders with a direction for minimum compensation
  4. Building preservation notices
  5. Directions restricting permitted development
  6. Orders revoking or modifying planning permission
  7. Orders requiring discontinuance or use of alteration or removal of building or works
  8. Proceedings to enforce a planning agreement or planning contribution

Response

The Borough Council maintains an online searchable register of Enforcement Notices, Stop Notices etc as required by legislation. 

It should be noted that Planning Enforcement Notices are not spent once complied with and as such any planning enforcement notice ever served, excepting where it has been withdrawn or quashed on appeal, will continue to be a live notice.

Some types of notices you have listed do not have to be published on the enforcement register, and of these the only example is a Building Preservation Notice currently in effect in relation to Five Oaks Farm, Stanford on Soar - details of which can be found on the National Heritage List for England:
