I am currently reviewing the Section 106 funding information held for your authority and would appreciate your assistance in confirming the accuracy of the information we have collected. Could you please confirm the following for each Section 106 contribution listed:

1. That the current balance is correct as of today's date, If not, please provide the correct balance.
2. That the funds remain uncommitted.
3. If any of the funds have been committed, allocated, or spent since the information was published, please advise what the commitment or expenditure was on.

If there have been any other amendments to the information we have recorded, I would be grateful if you could let me know.
