I would like to make a request in relation to the Bingham 46 development proposed off Old Fosse Road. I would like a copy of any applications submitted (past and present) and any associated documents including minutes of any meetings, committees and panels as well as any decisions made.

The information requested is exempt under section 21 of the FOI Act because it is reasonably accessible to you and the terms of the exemption mean that we do not have to consider whether or not it would be in the public interest for you to have the information. I am pleased to inform you that you can access the information you have requested on our website via the links given below.

Records of all previous and current planning applications and permissions are published online via our planning portal.

The site was originally approved under application 10/01962/OUT, that permission was subject to a S73 application ref 17/01170/VAR, and it is permission ref 17/01170/VAR that was subsequently implemented, not application ref 10/01962/OUT.

When searching our published records using reference 17/01170/VAR the results will also show all subsequent applications made under that outline permission, including any discharges of conditions, Reserved Matters submissions, and any further variations and amendments.

Where an application file suggests that a decision was made by planning committee it will indicate the date of that committee meeting, agenda's and minutes for meetings can viewed online.

Some more recent meetings of planning committee may also be recorded, and recordings of those meetings can be found via the council's YouTube page.
