This is a freedom of information request for the issue "25/02015/LDO - Proposed revisions to Ratcliffe on Soar Local Development Order" in reference to the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Multiple documents refer to the council working with ARUP Consultants but not the consultee business. Which company / business is the consultee representing or a part of- which business would be using / in ownership of the data centre if construction were to go ahead?

Arup was appointed to work on the proposed revisions to the Local Development Order, by the site owners, Uniper.
In response to the question of which business would be using/in ownership of the data centre if constructed on the site, at this stage this is unknown to the Council.
