I am writing to request information regarding Section 106 (S106) contributions secured under the following planning agreement(s): 
Specifically, I would like to understand: 

• The total amount of S106 funding secured under these agreements
• The amount that has been spent, and on which projects
• Any remaining unspent balance
• The relevant clawback/expiry dates
• What has happened to any unspent funds where the clawback period has expired

If any funds have not been returned or reallocated, I would be grateful for clarification on the legal basis for their retention. If this request falls within the scope of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please treat it accordingly.

Please find attached table with details of contributions secured, spent, remaining, and relevant clawback information.

Note that, the total amount secured relates to the amount of money collected at point of receipt. The remaining unspent balance will include any interest accrued against the relevant contributions.
