Thank you and I can confirm Rushcliffe Borough Council do provide a collection service only for clinical waste. Your main question/request seems to relate to the disposal of clinical waste, tenders and contracts in place which in a 2 tier local authority system falls under the remit of Nottinghamshire County Council, as the designated waste disposal authority. Therefore your request should be directed to them.
