The name of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system used to support the following areas to include the date of purchase.

An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a software system that is designed to integrate and automate a wide range of business processes and operations across different functional areas of an organization.

  • Core financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) - The Council does not use an ERP system. Separate systems are in use for individual functions.
  • Reporting and BI - The Council does not use an ERP system. Separate systems are in use for individual functions.
  • Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Planning and Analysis - The Council does not use an ERP system. Separate systems are in use for individual functions.
  • Procurement - The Council does not use an ERP system. Separate systems are in use for individual functions.
  • Operational Asset Management/Enterprise Asset Management - 
  • Strategic Management Assessment - The Council does not use an ERP system. Separate systems are in use for individual functions.
  • Payroll and Timesheets - Zellis resource (provided through agreement with Gedling Borough Council)
  • Human Resource Management/Human Capital Management/Talent Management - Zellis resource (provided through agreement with Gedling Borough Council)
  • Rating, Revenue, Regulatory, and Request Management, Affordable/Social/Community Housing, Social/Community Services - The Council does not use an ERP system.
