Please specify if it is hosted by the council in its own data centre, hosted by the council in its own cloud environment (such as AWS or Azure), hosted by the supplier as a discrete instance, or hosted by the supplier as a true software as a service 6. How does the system integrate with the other elements of your online service delivery platform?

    Our overall contract with Civica included other items, The contract register has this at an Est total cost of £280k for the whole contract period. I have included the link to the procurement part of our website which contain the east midlands tenders link where RBC contracts are listed

    The card payment element of the system is hosted by our third party provider on their network, The interface element of the system is on our local servers in house.
