Response

1. Which ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) or Finance system is currently used? The Council currently uses Efinancials as its main finance system 
2. What was the total value of the contract? The Council is currently in a rolling contract at £16k per annum
3. When does your contract expire? October 2023
4. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when? Currently no planned upgrade
5. Are you planning to go to market for a different ERP/ Finance system? If so, when? Alternative options are being considered as part of the standard procedure for a contract renewal process
