Request

  1. A copy of your public register of licensed houses in multiple occupation, maintained under section 232 of the Housing Act 2004, covering mandatory HMO licences and any additional HMO licensing scheme you operate.
  2. A copy of your register of properties licensed under any selective licensing scheme you operate.
  3. A copy of your register of Temporary Exemption Notices currently in force.
  4. For each additional or selective licensing scheme you currently operate, or have operated since 2020, the designation details, including the geographic area covered (a map, a list of streets, or the affected wards or postcodes) and the scheme start and end dates.

For each licensed property in points 1 and 2, please include the following fields where held: full property address including postcode; licence type (mandatory HMO, additional HMO, or selective); licence status, for example active, expired or revoked; the date the licence was granted and the date it expires; the name of the licence holder; the name of any managing agent; and the maximum number of occupants or households permitted.

The registers at points 1 to 3 are public registers that you are required to make available, and to supply a copy of on request, under section 232 of the Housing Act 2004. I am content to receive the published register fields only. If the information is already available online in a downloadable format, a direct link is a perfectly acceptable response.
