Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request information regarding all premises currently holding an alcohol licence within your council area.
Please could you provide the following information for each licensed premises:
- Name of the premises
- Full address
- Type of licence held (e.g. premises licence, club premises certificate)
- Licence status (active/suspended/revoked if available)
- Designated Premises Supervisor (if publicly available)
- Permitted licensing hours for the sale of alcohol
I would prefer to receive the information in electronic format, ideally as a spreadsheet or CSV file.

I understand that under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 you are required to respond within 20 working days.

I can confirm that we hold the information requested. I am unable to provide the information requested as the information is exempt under section 21 of FOIA because it is reasonably accessible to you and the terms of the exemption mean that we do not have to consider whether or not it would be in the public interest for you to have the information.
The council publishes this data on its public registers these are available at Applications Search. Please select Licenses at the top for current licenses, rather than applications, then select the relevant criteria in the various drop downs. For example, category, status and activities. You can also search by relevant dates if you require, by selecting the relevant fields. The search result will bring back results for the information requested.
