3. Please identify any properties where:

• Mears
• Clearsprings Ready Homes or associated subcontractors are listed as:
  • licence holder
  • managing agent
  • operator
  • or known user of the property.

4. The number of HMO licence applications received since 1 January 2024 linked to asylum accommodation providers.

As such this information is exempt under section 21 of FOIA because it is reasonably accessible to you and the terms of the exemption mean that we do not have to consider whether or not it would be in the public interest for you to have the information.

Our answer to question 4, the number of HMO licence applications received since 1 January 2024 linked to asylum accommodation providers, is 10.
