Response

We confirm that we hold some of the information requested in that we can confirm that the most recent HMO inspection was on 14 July 2023.  We do not hold a report from that inspection but can confirm that the inspection findings informed the conditions of the HMO Licence subsequently granted. 

We confirm that there were no associated separate schedules of work or improvement notices made as a result of the most recent inspection.
