I will be grateful if you could send me a copy of the recent Food Safety Officer's report on the above restaurant, located at 23 Easthorpe St, Ruddington.

I am concerned at the overall 0 rating and would like to know more about the issues involved.

Please find a copy of the food hygiene inspection report that you have requested for the above food business in relation to a food hygiene inspection carried out on 4 March 2026 when it was awarded a 0 food hygiene rating. I can confirm that the business has been revisited more than once following the routine food hygiene inspection to check progress with food hygiene compliance and the business has achieved a 2 food hygiene rating on 20th May 2026. Please see  Three Spices | Rating Business Details | Food Hygiene Ratings

We do intend to revisit the business again unannounced. During our visits the business has been reminded of their legal obligations and as a food business operator. For information we do provide businesses with advice and guidance on how to comply with food hygiene legal obligations.
