Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information relating to asylum seeker accommodation within Rushcliffe Borough. Please provide:

  1. The current number of asylum seekers housed within Rushcliffe Borough.
  2. The number of properties currently being used for asylum accommodation.
  3. The number of:
    • licensed HMOs,
    • unlicensed HMOs,
    • hotels,
    • standard residential dwellings
  4. The number of properties operated or managed by:
    • Serco,
    • Mears,
    • Clearsprings Ready Homes,
    • or any subcontractor acting on their behalf.
  5. The ward or postcode sector locations of asylum accommodation properties.
  6. The maximum occupancy levels of any licensed HMOs used for asylum accommodation.
  7. Copies of any correspondence, meeting notes or reports between the council and the following since 1 January 2025 relating to asylum accommodation:
    • the Home Office,
    • Serco,
    • Mears,
    • Clearsprings Ready Homes
  8. Any assessments, reports or briefings relating to the following linked to asylum accommodation within the borough:
    • housing pressures,
    • homelessness,
    • antisocial behaviour,
    • safeguarding,
    • school capacity,
    • health services,
    • community cohesion,

  5. The ward or postcode sector locations of asylum accommodation properties. Information not disclosed under Section 38 as doing so may put vulnerable individuals at risk.
