Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following recorded information held by Rushcliffe Borough Council regarding waste and recycling collections on Mill Lane, Cropwell Bishop: 

1. Historic Collection Routing: Any internal policies, routing risk assessments, or operational team directives detailing the change in collection methods on Mill Lane that occurred circa 10 years ago (where the collection vehicle ceased reversing three-quarters of the way up the lane and began collecting from the mouth of the lane).
2. Missed Collection Logs: All recorded logs of missed bin collections, delayed pickups, and service disruption reports for Mill Lane over the past 3 years, specifically including cases where collections scheduled for a Friday were delayed into the following week.
3. Obstruction and Safety Risk Assessments: Any risk assessments, health and safety reviews, or operational assessments conducted by the Waste Management department regarding the requirement for 13 households to present up to 26 large wheelie bins simultaneously at the mouth/entrance of Mill Lane.
4. Pedestrian Safety Dynamics: Any recorded correspondence or internal assessments regarding the lack of pedestrian pavement, footway demarcation, or visibility splays at the mouth of Mill Lane in relation to the obstruction caused by these massed bins. If any of this information is held in operational logs, driver notes, or digital supervisor records within the Waste Management department, please include those extracts.

1. Historic Collection Routing: Any internal policies, routing risk assessments, or operational team directives detailing the change in collection methods on Mill Lane that occurred circa 10 years ago (where the collection vehicle ceased reversing three-quarters of the way up the lane and began collecting from the mouth of the lane).
   • Response : No records held
2. Missed Collection Logs: All recorded logs of missed bin collections, delayed pickups, and service disruption reports for Mill Lane over the past 3 years, specifically including cases where collections scheduled for a Friday were delayed into the following week.
   • A search on our customer database found 21 separate reports of missed bins. This is a total of one off missed collections or numerous missed bins on Mill Lane as a whole. The Council returned to all missed bin requests, but cannot confirm whether this was on the usual Friday collection day, or at a later date.
