    • 559 active applicants
  2. How long have you maintained a register? From which year?
    • The Council has a statutory responsibility to allocate accommodation Under Section 169 of the Housing Act 1996. Part 6 of the Act (including revisions set out in the Localism Act 2011) requires Councils to allocate accommodation in accordance with a scheme. The Council has not outsourced this responsibility at any point in time and has therefore maintained the register as required by regulation.
