- For the current financial year and the previous financial year, how much has the council spent on online legal resources? Please break this down by supplier, product or platform name, annual cost, contract start date, and contract end or renewal date.
- Which departments or teams currently have access to these online legal resources, and how many named users or licences are held for each platform?
- What procurement route was used for each current contract, for example direct award, framework agreement, tender, or contract extension?
- Has the council reviewed usage, value for money, or alternative suppliers for these online legal resources in the last three years?

- The Council has a subscription with Thomson Reuters for One Pass Practical Law / West Law, the contract details will be on the Contracts Register but the costs are:
- Current year’s subscription - £21,845.88
- Last year’s subscription - £20,805.60
