I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide a list of all non-domestic (business rates) ratepayers  including for each hereditament:

• Ratepayer / business name
• Property address and postcode
• Rateable value
• Property description / use
• Any current reliefs or exemptions applied

I am content to receive this in Excel or CSV format. If any element engages an exemption, please redact only that element and release the remainder, and set out the exemption relied upon.
