Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting information the following information regarding vacant commercial properties currently owned or managed by your council:

1. The total number of empty commercial properties in 2025. 
2. The total number of empty commercial properties in 2024 and 2023.

If possible, please also provide:

1. A breakdown of empty properties by category (e.g., retail, office, industrial, leisure).
2. The length of time properties have been empty.

I would appreciate receiving this information in an electronic format such as Excel, CSV, or another machine-readable format. If you require clarification regarding this request or if any part of it is exempt, please provide advice on how I might narrow the request to obtain available information.
