I am undertaking a commercial research project and require a schedule in spreadsheet format with the complete commercial property business rate schedule for the Local Authority, including: 

• Full Property Address
• Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN)  
• Primary Liable party name
• Primary Liable Party Contact Address
• NDR - Analysis code description
• Current Rateable Value
• Empty / occupied status at the date of issue
