Review of Statement of Licensing Policy 2024-2029

Rushcliffe Borough Council (The Licensing Authority) has commenced a consultation process regarding the renewal of the Council’s “Statement of Licensing Policy” as required by Section 5 of the Licensing Act 2003, and welcomes the views of recognised Public Bodies, Organisations, Stakeholders and Members of the Public who are involved in or connected to the licensing trade.

You may respond by emailing your comments to licensing@rushcliffe.gov.uk

Alternatively, you can submit your comments in writing to the Licensing Section, Rushcliffe Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7YG.

Documents are also available for viewing at Rushcliffe Customer Services Centre, Fountain Court, Gordon Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5LN by contacting the Licensing Office on the above email address to arrange a viewing. Opening times are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays except Bank Holidays. 

When responding, it would be helpful if you could specify which part and/or paragraph you are commenting on together with the reasons for your comments.

The consultation period was from 4th August 2023 and 29th September 2023, inclusive.
