Request

Does the Council have any Service Level Agreements in place for 2022/2023 financial year?

  • If yes, can you provide me with a breakdown of how much money each SLA is worth and when it is due to end?
  • Do you have any new Service Level Agreements due for renewal or award in 2022/2023 financial year and if so, for what value?
  • Does your council have any digital/IT contracts up for renewal/tender in 2022/2023 financial year and when are you planning to go to tender?
  • Does your council have any security contracts up for renewal/tender in 2022/2023 financial year and when are you planning to go to tender?

Response

Thank you for your freedom of information request, unfortunately, we are unable to answer your questions. The council does not hold a centralised record of SLAs, they aren’t captured or published in the same way our contracts are. As such we are unable to answer your questions without exceeding costs limits and placing an unreasonable burden on council resources.

Where required the Council publishes details of its contracts online. The contracts register is available at Contracts register (due-north.com) which details the existing contracts the Council has and their anticipated expiry dates it does not detail SLAs. By default, Rushcliffe does all of its procurement using the Pro-Contract portal, which can be found using the following website: East Midlands Tenders

On occasion, Rushcliffe may also advertise the opportunity on the Source Nottinghamshire website or when legislation dictates it, we advertise on Contracts Finder or on Find a Tender Service (previously Official Journal of the European Union).
