I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from your authority. Please provide the following: 

1. The number and total value of local authority assets that have been sold in each of the last 15 calendar years (2010 to 2025 inclusive), setting out clearly which types of asset are included and splitting them by category or type. Please separate out social housing asset sales and community asset transfers, so these can be identified distinctly from other sales.
2. The stock of local authority assets currently held, by number and value, setting out clearly which types of asset are included and splitting them by type where possible. Please again separate social housing, and any community assets that are due to be transferred.
3. The number of local authority assets that have been transferred into community ownership in each of the last 15 calendar years (2010 to 2025 inclusive).

We are happy to receive this data in excel format, but would welcome it in any format that is convenient for the team in order to comply with this request.
