Making Payments for Business Rates
Online payments
You can pay your business rates online and you can also register for our new Revenues Online website. This will allow you to:
- View your payments
- Request a copy of your bill
- Make payments
- Set up your direct debit.
Direct debit
Paying your bill monthly by direct debit is convenient, simple and cheaper. You can pay in ten or twelve monthly instalments or twice yearly. If you pay by direct debit, you can pay on the 1, 7, 14 or 24 of the month. Please complete our direct debit form online if you wish to pay by DD. If you want to pay twice yearly, the money will be taken from your account on 7 April and 7 September.
If you change your bank account details, let us know. If you want to cancel your direct debit, tell your bank, then contact us.
Credit or debit card
Pay by credit or debit card over the phone using our 24 hour payment hotline by ringing 0115 914 8533 or in person at any of our contact centres, please see our contact us page for full contact information.
By post

Cheques should be made payable to ‘Rushcliffe Borough Council’, quoting your billing number on the back. Please note that we cannot accept post dated cheques.

Cash payments
The Borough Council is now cashless - we don’t take cash anymore. Please take your bill to any Post Office or Allpay outlet to make a payment using the barcode on your business rates bill.

Moving out
