Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information:

1. The number of employees currently working under a compressed hours arrangement, where contracted weekly hours are worked over fewer than the standard number of working days. For example over a four day week or nine day fortnight. 
2. The total number of employees within the authority, to allow the above figure to be expressed as a proportion of the workforce.
3. Any internal reports, policies, or management information relating to the use of compressed hours.

Response

2. The total number of employees within the authority, to allow the above figure to be expressed as a proportion of the workforce. 15.5%
3. Any internal reports, policies, or management information relating to the use of compressed hours. Please see attached our flexible working policy.
