   • 16 bed space family hostel.

   • Bed and Breakfast / Hotels are booked on demand

4. Does your authority consider its current stock sufficient to meet demand? Please explain.
   • Yes for low / medium need groups but not for high need and/or complex need groups.
5. How does the Local Authority commission Temporary Accommodation currently?

   • Family hostel is owned and managed by the Council

   • Bed and Breakfast / Hotels are booked on demand.

6. Are you currently seeking additional providers of temporary or emergency accommodation (e.g. hotels, private landlords, supported housing)?

   • Yes – this remains under continuous review

7. What are the main challenges your local authority faces in securing adequate temporary accommodation?
   • Providers will to accept a booking for households with complex support needs
