• The social value weighting applied in all above threshold tenders and frameworks issued in 2021 for contracts or frameworks. I do not require information on products or construction, only services, but if the information is recorded in one dataset, I am happy to “clean” this myself.

• The price and quality weightings used in the above contracts or frameworks. Again, if the dataset contains all tenders, I am happy to “clean” the data.

Response

The Council did not publish any above threshold, open tenders for services contracts throughout 2021. If you have any queries relating to specific contracts on the Council’s Contract Register, please advise further.

Please note that Council Officers consider the economic, environmental and social benefits of their approaches to procurement before commencing a procurement process, i.e.:

• how what is proposed to be procured might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the “relevant area”
• how in conducting a procurement process it might act with a view to securing that improvement whether to undertake a consultation on these matters.

This approach would be relevant and proportionate to the services contract being procured.
