Information about software systems.

  1. What Software Systems or Hardware are currently used by the Council (please identify each system if more than one is used) for:
    • Contact Centres? NetCall Liberty Converse Cloud platform
    • Telephony? Microsoft Teams
    • Privileged Access Management?
    • Penetration Testing?
    • Vulnerability Management scanning tools
    • I am unable to release the other information requested as the information is exempt from disclosure by virtue of section 31 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Section 31(1)(a) states that the information is exempt if its’ disclosure would be likely to prejudice the prevention or detection of crime. The Council considers the public interest in protecting the security of its’ IT network exceeds the public interest in disclosing the information requested.
  2. When do the contracts expire for each software system? 
    • Contact Centre – Oct 2024
    • Telephony – Sep 2024
    • I am unable to release the other information requested as the information is exempt from disclosure by virtue of section 31 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Section 31(1)(a) states that the information is exempt if its’ disclosure would be likely to prejudice the prevention or detection of crime.   3. Do you have any planned changes or upgrades of the software currently used? If so, when?
    • No plans.
  4. How many agents do you have on your contact centre and how many users on your telephony solution?
    • Contact Centre Approx. 25 agents

    • Telephone Approx. 300 users
