Council buildings

We have invested money adapting Council buildings to meet the Equalities Act (2010).

Please tell us if you visit one of our buildings and have a problem gaining access.

Access to non-Council buildings

If you have had problems gaining access to private business premises, contact the Disability Rights Commission.

Other Council owned property

The Council also owns offices, shops and industrial units, leased to private companies. These companies have to ensure that their employees and the general public have access to their goods and services. You must talk to the leaseholder if you encounter access problems.
