  1. Mechanical Road Sweeping / Scarab Road Sweeping - is the entire borough covered by a routine planned proactive maintenance cleaning cycle? If yes, please provide details of frequency.
  2. Kerbsides around Junction islands, pedestrian crossing islands, traffic splitters, central reservations, roundabouts, inner channels and gullies- is the entire borough covered by a routine planned proactive maintenance cleaning cycle? If yes, please provide details of frequency.
  3. On foot litter picking and street cleaning (not volunteers) - is the entire borough covered by a routine planned proactive maintenance cleaning cycle? If yes, please provide details of frequency.
  4. Weed treatment, once Notts County Council have treated.  Manual clearing during die back - is the entire borough covered by a routine planned proactive maintenance cycle? If yes, please provide details of frequency.

  1. Mechanical Road Sweeping / Scarab Road Sweeping - is the entire borough covered by a routine planned proactive maintenance cleaning cycle?

    We have two sweeping schedules that run 12 months of the year. In addition to these two schedules, we have additional sweeper schedules during leaf season, where two additional sweepers are added to our programme.

  2. Kerbsides around Junction islands, pedestrian crossing islands, traffic splitters, central reservations, roundabouts, inner channels and gullies- is the entire borough covered by a routine planned proactive maintenance cleaning cycle?

    Islands covered on 6 monthly schedule.

  3. On foot litter picking and street cleaning (not volunteers) - is the entire borough covered by a routine planned proactive maintenance cleaning cycle?

    Yes covered as part of our normal street cleansing rounds. These are split in West Bridgford1, West Bridgford2, East Leake, Ruddington, Cotgrave, Keyworth, Radcliffe on Trent, Bingham.

  4. Weed treatment, once Notts County Council have treated.  Manual clearing during die back - is the entire borough covered by a routine planned proactive maintenance cycle?

    Ongoing after treatment. Additional measures put in place last October to cover hard to sweep roads due to parked cars. 50 roads selected in October and 40 last April. Additional hand sweeping has taken place during these two months.
