Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following for every civil parish in your area. You may hold this for parish elections, planning consultations or your own correspondence.

• The parish name and, if held, its Office for National Statistics code. 
• Whether it has a parish, town or community council, a parish meeting, or neither.
• The official contact email address you hold for it: the clerk's address for a council, or the chair's or clerk's address for a parish meeting. A role-based or shared inbox is fine.
• The postal address you use to contact it.
• Its website address, if you hold one.
• If you consider any of this to be personal data (for example, a clerk's private email address), please withhold only that part and still provide the rest. 

If you have already published a list of parish contacts, please send me the link.

A spreadsheet or CSV with one row per parish would be most helpful, but any format is fine.
