FOI REQUEST - Hackney Carriage and Private Hire
Please send me the financial accounts that relate to hackney carriage and private hire licencing, for the financial years 2016/2017 through to 2021/2022.
For the avoidance of doubt, this is to be separated into three licencing regimes, which are vehicle, driver and operator, as is required by Section 53 and 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, the appropriate court order is attached, which clarifies your duties under the appropriate legislation - Paragraph 4.2.
