  6. I would also like to know if you have any policies or procedures in place for the use of recruitment agencies, and if so, please could you provide me with copies of these documents:

26.0 Use of recruitment agencies
26.1 RBC may from time to time require the services of a recruitment agency to help fill a vacancy. This would normally only be the case for senior roles but could also include other positions where appropriate. Any appointment of an external agent would be subject to RBC procurement terms and with consultation with HR. Managers are reminded that agencies can present a significant cost to the organisation and such should be discussed and approved with the Executive Team member before any agency is appointed. Similarly, the hiring manager is responsible for ensuring a provision of services is obtained from the agency and that the terms contained within are acceptable to RBC. Further advice should be sought
from HR. A separate agency arrangement is in place for depot service fulfilment requirements.
