Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information about your partnership with Waste Investigations Support and Enforcement (WISE). 

1. Whether Rushcliffe Borough Council still have a contract/agreement with WISE. 
2. If yes, the exact date Rushcliffe Borough Council officially started its contract/partnership/agreement with WISE for environmental enforcement.
3. Pre-WISE Fines: For the exact same duration of time, immediately prior to the contract starting with WISE, please provide: the total number of fixed penalty notices or fines issued by the council, a breakdown of what these fines were for, the value of each fine issued, and the total revenue generated from these fines.
4. Post-WISE Fines: For the duration from the start of the contract with WISE up to the present day, please provide: the total number of fixed penalty notices or fines issued (broken down by those issued directly by WISE officers versus council employees, if tracked), a breakdown of what these fines were for, the cost/value of each fine issued, and the total revenue generated from these fines. 
5. If any part of this request is too broad or risks exceeding the cost limits, please contact me and provide advice on how I can narrow it down.
