Please provide a full breakdown of all councillor expense claims made to Rushcliffe Borough Council from 1 May 2022 to the present date. Specifically, I request:

1.  A line-by-line breakdown of every claim submitted, including:
   • councillor name
   • date of claim
   • date of travel or event
   • nature of the expense (e.g., mileage, subsistence, travel, parking)
   • value of the claim
   • mileage claimed (where applicable)
   • journey origin and destination where recorded
2. Copies of the receipts and/or supporting documentation where they exist for each claim within the period.
3. Total annual sums claimed by each councillor for:
   • 2022/23
   • 2023/24
   • 2024/25 (to date)
4. Any internal policy or guidance on the submission and approval of councillor expense claims currently in force during this period.

Response

Please find the details you have requested in as much detail as we currently hold. Regarding the Councillor guidance, Section 6 of the Council’s constitution document covers Members allowances, this is then broken down into sections for Basic allowances, SRA, Travel and expenses etc.
