Please could you tell me if you have implemented any policies since 8 December that benefit owners of green number plates.

No, we are still installing all the necessary infrastructure and charging points. It is in the Council's Car Parking Strategy to review incentives for people who drive zero or low emission vehicles, once the infrastructure is in place.
