Local Plan Monitoring Report (LPMR)

The Borough Council prepares a Local Plan Monitoring Report (LPMR) each year. The report:

• Provides background information on the social, environmental and economic characteristics of the borough;
• Reviews progress on the preparation of policy documents against the Council's Local Development Scheme and;
• Assesses the impacts of development plan policies.

The Local Plan Monitoring Report 2021  and also Local Plan Monitoring Report 2021 covers the monitoring period to 31 March 2021.

Five year housing land supply

Like all local planning authorities in England, we are required to establish whether we have a five year supply of housing land. The 2023 report is available below.
