Lunar New Year

Celebratory Lunar New Year event takes place at Rushcliffe Arena 

Rushcliffe Borough Council’s (RBC) Lunar New Year event will be held at Rushcliffe Arena on the Saturday 21 February from 11am-4pm. 

Join us for a family friendly day filled with a variety of free activities from traditional Hong Kong workshops, arts a workshops and exhibitions. To a market hall filled with service providers, businesses and informational stalls accompanied by live entertainment throughout the day.  The event is supported by UK Shared Prosperity Funding (UKSPF) and this year will take place at Rushcliffe Arena on Saturday February 21, 2026. 

This event is supported by Shared Prosperity Funding from the UK Government, allocated through the East Midlands Combined County Authority and delivered in partnership with HongKong Notts.

12.15pm -12.25pm - Lion Dancing 

1pm -1.20pm - K Pop Dancers 

1.45pm - 2.15pm - Two Strings Instrument

 2.30pm - 2.50pm - K Pop Dancers 

3.30pm -4pm - Two Strings Instrument
