International Subsidy Control

Awards of relief are subject to subsidy control regulations. Guidance on the UK’s international subsidy control commitments can be found on GOV.UK.

If a relief you are applying for is a subsidy, you should complete a Subsidy Declaration Form.

Please note that no relief will be awarded where it exceeds the 325,000 Special Drawing Rights or is a prohibited subsidy.
