Request

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 where applicable), I request the following information held by the council. In accordance with section
11 of the Act — and section 11(1A) as these are datasets — please provide each item electronically in a re-usable, machine-readable format (CSV or Excel) rather than PDF, including location coordinates or addresses where held:

  1. Public conveniences: any register or list of public toilets the council owns, operates or funds, including location/address, opening hours, and accessibility features (accessible cubicle, RADAR/National Key Scheme, Changing Places, baby changing).
  2. Dropped kerbs / kerb ramps: any register, asset list or GIS layer of pedestrian dropped kerbs (the lowered, flush footway crossing points, usually with tactile paving), including location. If Rushcliffe does not hold this as a district, I understand it may sit with Nottinghamshire County Council as highways authority.
  3. Pedestrian crossings: the council's inventory of pedestrian crossings (controlled and uncontrolled), including crossing type and any recorded accessibility attributes (audible signal, rotating tactile cone, tactile paving). Again, if held by the county highways authority rather than the district, a pointer to them is fine.
  4. Disabled parking bays: locations of on-street disabled persons' parking bays (both Traffic Regulation Order bays and advisory bays) within the council's area.
