The number of times a breach of planning permission occurred

The reason for the breach of planning permission

The number of fines handed out and cost due to breach of planning permission

Can these be supplied for the years of 2023, 2022 and 2021.

Thank you for your freedom of information request, our planning officer has asked for some clarity regarding the questions, please see below.

1. In terms of question 1, The number of times a breach of planning permission occurred we undertake many initial investigation in any one year, but not all result in the establishment of a breach of planning permission having occurred and there will be many breaches which we are not aware of. Can you please seek clarity as to if the question is “ how many breaches of planning permission have we established and investigated?”
2. without understanding or clarity of Q1 we cannot answer this question.
3. we have not sought any prosecutions in the last 3 years where the courts have issued a fine.
