2. Copies of Rushcliffe Borough District Council's Process(es) used to govern or assess the Materiality of a C3 to C2 change

1. Copies of Rushcliffe Borough Council's Policy(s) that apply to UK Planning legislation in respect of:
   1. The initial conversion of Class C3 - Dwellinghouses to Class C2 - Residential Institutions: When we consider this type of COU it will be considered against Policy 14 on P73 Rushcliffe LP Part 2_Adoption version.pdf which is on our website.
   2. The ongoing operation and governance of Class C2 - Residential Institutions., Enforcement action would be considered, if appropriate, where planning breaches occur
2. Copies of Rushcliffe Borough District Council's Process(es) used to govern or assess the materiality of a C3 to C2 Change. Each case is considered on its own merits and assessed against policy 14 what is considered material would depends on the property, scale and the characteristics of the use proposed.
